In a Know Yourself reading, we'll primarily use your astrocartography chart as a way to understand your unique lessons and steps for growth in this life. We may also look at your astrology natal chart and human design charts for additional information.

These are not predictive readings, but deeply personal and self exploratory. We will also naturally explore places around the world that are energetically meaningful to you.

in soul alignment readings, the first thing I will do is establish contact with your soul and receive whatever information it would like to share with you at this time. these sessions include psychic work, but also can include mediumistic contact with loved ones, contact with guides or ancestors, or an exploration of past lives.

i often prefer to let spirit share with us what needs knowing at this time, but if you have any pressing questions or issues, please do state those at the start so we can make sure they can be addressed by spirit in our time together.

although done via Zoom, these are powerful sessions that are safe & spirit directed. we’ll begin by getting you comfortable in your space and then entering a light trance state together. I’ll connect with your soul and your body’s energy before beginning to address the areas of your self that are requesting healing or energetic activation. you’ll be aware of what is happening the entire time and have the freedom to direct or redirect the session at anytime. At times spiritual messages and contact still come through and will be shared if received.
