Walking the spiritual path is an exciting and thrilling adventure, but all spiritual travelers need to master some basic tools to keep themselves healthy throughout their growth process. In this Spiritual Hygiene Basics series, we'll explore various supportive practices to keep you aligned and balanced, and to lay the foundation for your next stage of spiritual advancement. Each class will include a lesson, group discussion, and integration activity.
February's Topic: Embracing the Unknown
It is at this final stage of spiritual development when we are asked to enter the loving void, the no-space of pure being and consciousness. Becoming aware of our physical impermanence and yet eternal being simultaneous can be a difficult thing to hold, but it can beautifully enhance our daily lives. We'll explore ways we can tap into this divine oneness and non-self in safe and supportive ways.
Being comfortable within the pure love of the divine requires a healthy Solar Star Chakra and the ability to accept the great mysteries of existence represented in the eighth circuit of the 8-Circuit model - we'll explore these associations and more together.
In this class, we’ll:
Explore the concepts of the void, the non-self, and the divine mystery, as well as ways to connect to this way of experiencing the world safely.
Experience an integration meditation using hypnotic techniques to strengthen your solar star chakra and your own inherent connection to the divine.
Gather with other spiritual explorers to deepen and grow our spiritual journeys within community through discussion and support.
This class is for spiritual beginners and experts alike! No previous knowledge is necessary, and all are welcome. Prior attendance is not required. This is the final class in this series!
